This include was coded for new codders about reapi. If you don't know anything about reapi, you can use this include for now. I don't recommend you to use this, if you have just not started.
Thanks for VEN because I've edited fakemeta_util.inc to reapi_util.Stick with using Engine, Fun, CStrike, Ham, etc. They do all these functions much quicker and more efficiently. You are only teaching yourself bad coding habits by using these.
Also you can see all stocks and defines in the include.
It will be more useful to use the codes in the stocks and defines, alone.
