Module: I/O Stream

I wrote this to exparament with writing modules in AMXX.

The module itself handles file functions using the fstream class.
I figured writing a module to do file functions would be simple enough
to write my first module.

I thought I'd post this and figured maybe somebody would have some
uses for it despite AMXX's already C-like file functions.

Now I must think of something serious to write.. have fun!

EDIT: I've updated the module to resemble its native counter-part more
by replacing seek and tell with seekg/seekp and tellg/tellp and removed
a couple of functions that probably weren't necessary and added iosample_bitmap.sma to the zip. I've also moved some of the repeditive
error messages into another function that does some of the error checking now.
