Hiding Windows Console Applications (Program)

The usage:

Either ToBackground.ini and ToDesktop.ini should contain the matching name for some windows you want to hide or a part of name of window containing at least a space.

Like:

new 1 - Notepad++
Notepad++
- Notepad++
- Notepad++

The informations:

Background Maker will set a windowed application as a background process (can be seen in tasks manager).
Visible Maker will set a windowed background process as an application expanded on desktop (can be seen on desktop, in tasks bar and in tasks manager).
