This is a simple amxmodx module to track a few stats on server frame lengths. This can be used to tell if and how bad the server itself is lagging. Tracking changes can be used to see if new plugins add any extra lag. All reporting is done to the amxmodx log.

See the readme.txt for installation instructions. Source and a compiled dll are included. This is a win32 only module. Using it on multi-processor systems without setting hlds to run on one processor only can cause innaccurate results on certain buggy motherboards (don't ask me which, I don't know, it's just what the microsoft docs said ). I think that's it for the fine print.
