Description:
This plugin allows you to easily pick a hostage for TSRP. It's an alternative for trying to decide for 20 minutes who will be the hostage.

Commands:
amx_tshostage <name> <userid> - Will make a user a hostage.
amx_tsrestore <name> <userid> - Will restore the user back to normal.

Effects:
When you choose a hostage the user who has been chosen will :
1. Glow Red
2. User speed will be reduced by 200
3. All weapons will be dropped
